At the heart of my Leading with CARE coaching programme lies my belief that we must bring more kindness and compassion into the workplace (and the world as a whole) if we are to build the strong, trusting relationships that are needed for individuals, teams, and organisations to perform at their very best.
We all have our Areas of Avoidance and we often let our assumptions influence our thoughts and behaviours, and this programme will challenge you to reconsider the way you have been approaching those areas of your life.
Built around the ideas and thoughts shared in How to Lead with CARE, this program is aimed at those who see the need and importance in being there for others but may struggle at times with how best to approach certain situations and conversations.

All programmes include a FREE 30-minute chemistry call with me to ensure that I am the right coach for you, for me to explain what you can expect from coaching, and to answer questions you may have.
One-to-one sessions with me as your coach enable you to share your innermost thoughts, challenges, hopes, and dreams during conversations that stay completely confidential and offer you the safest space possible to work towards your personal and/or professional goals to enable you to reach your potential and to help you to have the conversations that might just make the world of difference to those around you.
Group sessions have the same aim as the one-to-one conversations, and may be helpful if you feel that the support of others along with my professional coaching would be beneficial to you and your teams. Everything shared within these sessions will be confidential and, with my guidance, you’ll agree as a group on the ‘ground rules’ and the most effective ways for you all to get the most out of the sessions and each other.

As an Accredited Strengthscope Practitioner all of my programs come with an option of a personalised report that will help you to accurately discover your unique strengths. And my coaching will help you to energise yourself and your workplace with authenticity, engagement, and productivity.
